Brief History fo Coventry
Coventry is a city is based in the West Midlands. Coventry is an ancient city which predates many of the large cities around it including Birmingham and Leicester and is best known for Coventry Cathedral and in the 11th Century, the famous Lady Godiva rode naked on her horse through Coventry streets as a protest against her husband’s oppressive tax regime.
Coventry is a large and busy city but it is surrounded by some truly impressive locations and wildlife. This city is a beautiful location to have your Coventry Wedding Photography taken.

Royal Court Hotel, Coventry
The Royal Court Hotel is a superb Grade II listed Country House Hotel, set in landscaped gardens and parkland on the outskirts of Coventry with the City Centre on3 miles away. The original Manor House was built in 1894 for the car manufacturer William Hillman. It has been magnificently renovated and extended over time to become the largest hotel in Coventry. Royal Court Hotel can accommodate 10 to 600 guests in any one of their appointed function rooms. The Royal Court Hotel is well equipped with some splendid facilities to make this an ideal wedding venue.
Coventry County Council Registry Office
Coventry Registry Office is gorgeous looking medieval manor house which certainly flies in the face of the stereotypical image you might expect of a Registry Office. It is the oldest building in the country in use as a Registry Office. When choosing a location, you should think of how your wedding photographs will look and does the venue have character. With a historic location such as this, you don’t need to worry. Simply beautiful!
